Started in 2010, as a Merchant Gateway service provider BYTE; in 2014 launched a brand of consumer electronics and accessories named 'rabbithole'. The products were imported and later packaged to be marketed in eastern India.
Managing supply chain was a huge challenge and so was competition and need for speed. Past 3 years, the organization decided to leave this challenge for another time and moved to transition its core operations to business services as the opportunities were more sustainable. Since 2016, 'rabbithole' has been helping companies with Business Transformation, Product Development and Content Strategy.
